These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the 5PM online store. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Availability

We sell shoes and bags through our online store. All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an alternative solution or refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in [currency] and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

• iDEAL

• PayPal

• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)

• Klarna (Pay Later, Pay in Installments)

Your payment will be processed securely. We do not store credit card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Europe. Estimated delivery times are:

• Benelux: 2 working days

• Rest of Europe: 3 working days

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays. Customers will receive a tracking link after their order has been shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery. The following conditions apply:

• Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Warranty & Defective Items

We guarantee that our products meet industry standards. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund.

7. Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can only be cancelled or changed before they are shipped. Once shipped, you must follow the return procedure.

8. Limitation of Liability

5PM is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by couriers or customs procedures.

• Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
